Thomas Waterman
Thomas has spent the last decade in COO and Advisor roles focused on high level team performance, culture and wellbeing. He has worked with multiple organizations, mainly in the tech space, to first get teams clear on their goals, on what culture they want to build and how they want to feel in the workplace. From there, he empowers teams to reach their goals inevitably, experience the culture of their dreams, and sustain a sense of personal wellbeing in the midst of intensive work environments.
Thomas also has been supporting hundreds of people in peaceful and productive relating. He offers communication practices that turn conflict into opportunities for more connection. He shares frameworks that helps relationships got from getting worse to continually getting better. He calls his practice Restorative Relating.
Thomas also Stewards Sacred City as the main facilitator, decision maker, and listener. He loves supporting personal wellbeing on all levels And Sacred City is a place to do just that.
Dr. Ali Saberi
Dr. Saberi is a respected physician and wellness leader with over two decades of experience in global medicine, internal care, and integrative healing. After earning his medical degree in Europe and serving with Doctors Without Borders in conflict zones, he went on to teach, practice, and lead in hospital and academic settings across the U.S.
Now based in St. Petersburg, Dr. Saberi blends traditional medicine with holistic, mind-body-spirit approaches. He holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Wound Care, has led wound healing clinics, and continues to serve as a Chief Medical Ambassador in his field. His vision for this space is to create a serene, medically-informed wellness environment rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care.
A family man, educator, and longtime community member, Dr. Saberi brings trust, professionalism, and purpose to any space he inhabits.
