Sacred City Soirèe (Ft. Ayaharmony)

Container Boundary

Sacred City will be closing the doors for the Soiree at 7:15pm sharp to begin. To join the experience, please arrive before 7:15pm. The intention is for all of us to be together when we open the container and step into this celebration.

The Experience

This is a celebration of how far we’ve come on the path of courageous authenticity. It’s a night to dress to the nines, gather in elegance, and honor this potent community that’s growing stronger with every choice to show up as who we truly are. Celestial vibes, deep connection, and a space to truly revel in the magic we are creating together.

6pm | Connection & Shop Market

This is your time to arrive, settle in, and connect—grounding into the space and the community before we dive into the night. The Shop Market will be open, featuring local creators and artists for you to explore.

7:15pm-8pm | Opening & Cacao Cheers

We gather to share a toast with ceremonial cacao, connecting our hearts and setting the tone for the celebration ahead. A warm, intentional cheers to honor how far we've come in our journey of embodying who we truly are.

8pm-10pm | Dance Party with Ayaharmony

Our special guest DJ and sound healer, Ayaharmony, will guide us through an epic, bass-filled dance journey. This is your time to move, express, release, and celebrate how far you've come on this courageously authentic path with community.

10pm-10:30pm | Celestial Sound Healing with Ayaharmony

Ayaharmony will steward a celestial sound healing experience to close the night. Lay back, receive, and integrate the journey with soothing frequencies and ethereal vibrations.

10:30pm-11pm | Sacred Fire Integration

We gather around the Sacred Fire to reflect, affirm, and honor the path we are walking together. This is a time to integrate the connections and affirmations gained from the evening—solidifying our commitment to building the Sacred City, one brick at a time.

The Exchange

We are welcoming an exchange of $20 for the Sacred City Soirèe.

With that being said, there is an option to attend for free. Tell the person at the front "I am choosing the service option tonight." You will then be let in for free. In exchange, we ask that you support breakdown for 30 minutes starting at 11pm.

FAQ

What are the time details for this experience?

To experience the Sacred City Soiree, you must arrive by 7:15pm at the latest. Doors open at 6PM to settle in, explore the Shop Market, and connect with the community. The journey begins at 7:15PM sharp and ends at 11PM.

What do I do for parking?

There is plenty of street parking, as well as a large paid parking lot next to Roots right under the highway if needed.

What do I need to bring?

First off, your fanciest attire. For the sound healing, if you do not want to lay on the padded floor, we recommend bringing a chair or a mat. We also recommend you bring water.

What will we be doing?

We will begin with a cacao cheers to set the intention, then move into a bass-filled dance journey led by Ayaharmony, and close the night with a celestial sound healing shavasana.

Can I bring my kiddos?

Absolutely. Kids come free. And there is a free kids play space during the cacao cheers, the dance journey and the sound healing (7pm to 10:30pm). We ask that if your child is not able to honor the sacred silence during the sound healing, please bring them to the kids space for the duration of that part of the journey.

What is my commitment to the container?

We ask that you plan on being deeply present, participating fully, and honoring the 5 pillars: sacred, silly, sober, safe, and sovereign.

What does sober mean in this container?

At Sacred City experiences, sober means drug, alcohol and psychedelic free. While there are many different medicines that serve people in different ways, we ask that the sober container is honored at our events.

Will there be food?

There is gluten-free food provided after the dance for $12 a bowl. Please go to the bar and ask for more details.

What if I feel uncomfortable about dancing in front of other people?

Sacred City experiences invite you to be courageously authentic and move through whatever comes up. This is a space where you will be fully accepted and celebrated for your expression. Enjoy the ride!

What if I don’t know anyone?

We believe strangers are simply future family. So, greet people you don't know yet and ask what inspired them to come this week. They may deeply appreciate it. And you may create meaningful relationships in the process!

What are the video and photo boundaries?

We will be recording audio and video during this experience so the Sacred City organization can share this medicine with you and the rest of the world beyond our time together. We invite you to record videos as well and tag us in your IG stories at @sacredcity_

Is this a spiritual experience?

It can be. While not tied to any specific religion, this celebration is a chance to connect deeply with yourself and others through movement, music, and ceremony.

See you on the dance floor, my friends!
